Top Treasure Hunter
A Top Treasure Hunter is a member who has been part of the Treasure Hunt team which won the latest game, or part of the team which got the best score ever, or one of the top 10 individual hunters ever. This badge has been designed by Underwater.
Top Word Guesser
A Top Word Guesser is a member who has been part of the Guess Next team which won the latest game, or part of the team which got the best score ever, or one of the top 10 individual guesser ever. This badge has been designed by Vicky__xo.
Top Voter
A top voter is a member who has voted on many messages and pieces of
advice. The top voter of the week is decided on a Friday.
Top Collector
The Top Twenty Collectors are the members that have the most complete
sets of GirlCards in their card album. The order is decided by the date
they completed their last set.
Top Trader
The Top Twenty Traders are decided by the difference between points
gained and points spent using the GirlCards system. (E.g. buying cards
then auctioning them off to gain a profit)
Top Mentor
A Mentor is a member with Full Member status or above that is registered
with the GirLand Mentoring Scheme to help Junior Members achieve full
member status by helping them to find their way around GirLand etc.
Once their Trainee has graduated to full member status they will be
able to rate their mentor. If they rate them more than 100 points, the
Mentor will receive a Top Mentor badge.
Top Veteran
Top Veterans are the people who have been members for the longest amount
of time, and have been active on the site in the last week.
Top Cringer
To become a Top Cringer your Embarrassing Moment must be in either the
weekly top 20 and/or the top 20 of all time.
Top Decorator
To become a Top Decorator you have to post some GirlPics, if more people
use your pics in their messages than other peoples then you become a
top decorator.
Heartwarmer
A Heart Warmer is a member whose Touching Moment is in the weekly top
20 and/or top 20 of all time.
Top Novelist
The chapter that has the highest Story Factor (the highest number of
votes) every other day will become the official continuation of the
story. If your story gets chosen, you will get a 'Top Novelist' icon
for that week. There is also a Top Twenty Writers, for the members with
the most continuations, they will get the 'Top Novelist' icon too.
Chat Hostess NOT
AVAILABLE AT PRESENT
To be an official chat hostess,
you must host at least one chat a week, every week for a month, and
then GirlMail Lola to apply. Once you have become an official hostess
you must host 2 or more chats a week, every week in a month to receive
350 points per month, or 3 or more chats a week, every week for a month,
in order to receive 500 points a month.
Game Leader
A Game Leader is a member who has passed a series of tests in an open, competitive selection, showing their ability to organise social games, run them and keep everybody happy, excited and involved. This badge was designed by Clairee--xo.
Agony Aunt
You will become an 'Agony Aunt' if you have written more than 25 agony
aunt quality messages or replies and you have voted on more than 200
messages.
Super Agony Aunt
If you have been an agony aunt for four months in a row, you become
a Super Agony Aunt.
Trainee
A trainee is a junior member that has signed up to be in the GirLand
Mentoring Scheme. Their Mentor will be a full member or above that will
show them around GirLand and help them reach full member status.
Board Star
You will become a 'Board Star' if you have written more than 25 board
star quality messages or replies and you have voted on more than 200
messages.
Super Board Star
If you have been a board star for four months in a row, you become a
Super Board Star.
Birthday Girl / Boy
If you have told Lola what day your birthday is, on your special day
you will have the birthday cake badge next to your name!
Official Candidate
NOT AVAILABLE AT PRESENT
An Official Candidate is a member that has been seconded by 10 other
members that would like to see them in the Election.
GirLand Representative
NOT AVAILABLE AT PRESENT
A GirLand Rep is an Official Candidate that has won the Election and
is now representing the members in their constituency.
Guardian
A Guardian is a member that has been a member for at least 9 months
and is both a Super Agony Aunt and a Super Board Star. A Guardian has
the power to remove any message, no matter what the votes on it are
already: i.e., they have the same power of removing messages as a Helper
has.
SuperGuardian
A SuperGuardian is a member that has distinguished themselves as a Guardian, by being very active, fair and supportive. A SuperGuardian has additional powers, such as answering some Lola's gmail, entering HOF directly (instead of just recommending them) and in general playing the leading role in the community.
GirLand Helper
Helpers are GirLand employees. They are carefully vetted, and their
job is to monitor the site and help our members.
